These terms govern your use of acedesigninternational.com and any services purchased from Ace Design International. By accessing this site or purchasing services, you accept these terms.
We provide web design services delivered digitally as Figma source files and written documentation. All services are described on the relevant service pages and in your order confirmation.
All prices are in USD. Payment is processed via Stripe. A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is due before final file delivery. For Design Sprint and Landing Page projects, full payment is required upfront.
Delivery timelines begin on the date your project brief is approved. Standard timelines: Launch 7 days, Professional 21 days, Enterprise 45 days. Client delays extend timelines by the same number of business days.
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Feedback must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of each delivery to maintain the agreed timeline.
Upon final payment, full ownership of delivered design files transfers to you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before project start.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of delivered files.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes shall be resolved in Clark County, Ohio courts.
