About this service

A custom website design project starts with the assumption that templates are not the answer. Your business has a specific offer, a specific audience, and a specific problem it needs a website to solve. A template designed for a generic business cannot solve a specific problem.

The alternative is not necessarily more expensive. It is just more thoughtful. A custom design process means every layout decision is made in relation to what your site actually needs to communicate, not in relation to what the template already has.

What makes custom design worth it

The clearest sign that a website is template-based is that visitors have to work to understand what the business does. The navigation does not match the mental model. The content hierarchy buries the important things. The CTAs appear in places that made sense for the template but not for the offer.

Custom design starts from the user journey. What does a visitor need to understand, in what order, for them to decide to take action? The design answers that question rather than adapting it to fit a pre-existing structure.

What you receive

Every Custom Website Design project delivers a complete Figma source file with all pages, all components, and annotated developer handoff notes. You can hand this directly to a developer or development agency to build from. We stay available for design-related questions during development.
