Six stages.

You know exactly where we are at every point in the project.

01

Brief

We start with a detailed intake form and a 30-minute call. We want to know what you are building, who it is for, what you have tried before, and what a successful project looks like to you. The brief is the foundation of everything.

02

Strategy

Before any visual work, we write a short project strategy: what pages exist, what each page does, what the user is supposed to do on it, and what information the design needs to present. You approve the strategy before we start designing.

03

Wireframes

Low-detail structural layouts of every page or screen. This is where we agree on hierarchy and flow before committing visual polish. Catching structural problems at the wireframe stage costs almost nothing. Catching them at final design is expensive.

04

Design

High-fidelity Figma designs, delivered page by page. You review and consolidate feedback in writing. We implement feedback and proceed to the next round. Our revision system is structured to keep things moving without becoming open-ended.

05

Delivery

You receive a clean Figma file with every page, every component, every screen size, and written developer notes. We walk you through the file and answer questions from your build team.

06

Support

Post-delivery, we are available for design questions, minor changes, and decisions that come up during development. The length of the support window depends on your package.
